I am pursuing M.Sc in material chemistry.
I have generated the input file from LAMMPS for a L-J (6-12) fluid and I have the coordinates for my atoms in output file. now I have to write a code to generate radial distribution function in a 3D box of dimension L,L,L.

please do help..
