Dementia in Stroke Survivors in the Stroke Data Bank Cohort
We determined the prevalence of dementia in 927 patients with acute ischemic stroke aged
years in the Stroke Data Bank cohort based on the examining neurologist's best judgment
Diagnostic agreement among examiners was 68% ( K = 0 3 4 ) . Of 726 testable patients, 116 (16%)
were demented. Prevalence of dementia was related to age but not to sex, race, handedness,
educational level, or employment status before the stroke. Previous stroke and previous

abstracts for biogas used in four stroke petrol engine
Abstract
The gasoline fueled single cylinder generator engines are well established and available in the market with reasonable price, in the other hand the biogas fueled engine for electric generator is not well established yet. The purpose of this research is to find simple conversion method from gasoline to biogas fueled of the single cylinder four stroke engines. For this purpose, the biogas should be upgraded to the level of zero H2S impurity and zero level of H2O content. The carbure ....etc

Abstract
Today, internal combustion engines in cars, trucks, motorcycles, aircraft, construction machinery and many others, most commonly use a four-stroke cycle. The four strokes refer to intake, compression, combustion (power), and exhaust strokes that occur during two crankshaft rotations per working cycle of the gasoline engine and diesel engine.
The cycle begins at Top Dead Center (TDC), when the piston is farthest away from the axis of the crankshaft. A stroke refers to the full travel of the piston fro ....etc

IN FOUR STROKE PETROL ENGINE THERE ARE 4 STROKES GIVEN BELOW:
1) SUCTION STROKE
2) COMPRESSION STROKE
3)EXPANSION STROKE
4)EXHAUST STROKE
IN THE SUCTION STROKE ,PISTON IS ABOUT TO MOVE TOP DEAD CENTER TO A BOTTOM DEAD CENTER.
IN THE COMPRESSION STROKE,PISTON IS AT BOTTOM DEAD CENTER AND MOTION FORCED IT TOWARDS TJE TOP DEAD CENTER.
DURING THE EXPANSION STROKE POWER IS DEVELOPED, THEREFORE IT IS CALLED AS PWER STROKE.
LASTLY IN EXHAUST STROKE PISTON IS MOVES TOWARDS BDC TO TDC. ....etc

Introduction
A two stroke engine is one which completes its cycle of operation in one revolution of the crankshaft or in two strokes of the piston. In this engine the function of the intake and exhaust processes of the four stroke engine are taken care by the incoming fresh charge which is compressed either in the crank case or by means of a separate blower while the engine piston is near the bottom dead centre. The engine piston needs only to compress the fresh charge and expand the product of combustion.
