ABSTRACT

The holddown Spring is one of the major components of a fuel assembly for PWR. It holds the fuel assembly firmly seated down on the lower core plate and allows the FA axial movement caused from the irradiation growth of guide thimbles. Depending on the up-lift force of a fuel assembly, from 2 to 4 leaves are assembled to be a set of a spring pack and it is fixed on the frame of the top end piece by screw. ABSTRACT

This paper describes in detail, field experiments performed on a single-phase, distribution transformer to study the behavior of transformer terminal parameters during internal winding faults. A custom-built transformer provided with external taps was used for these tests. The taps were used to stage various internal winding faults in the transformer. Terminal values of voltages and currents were monitored and the results presented. A comparison of these results with simulation results is also presented

We propose and analyze a scalable and efficient cluster-based group key management protocol for secure group communications in mobile ad hoc networks.
