Abstract
Virtual Cellular Networks (VCN) are an attractive type of adaptive
wireless communication architecture for propagation- and
coverage-limited environments. In this paper, we investigate the
advantages of combining a VCN and multiple receiving antennas
for the downlink resulting in a MIMO system. Several ways
to combine the signals with different levels of complexity are
presented. In the most complex case, we show that it is possible
to add coherently the contribution of each antenna in a virtual

This seminar describes three different antenna systems for mobile vehicle applications. The antennas are either patches or derivatives in all cases. The first is a dual-band telephone antenna with a low profile and wide bandwidth. Operating at 900 MHz and 1800 MHz, with a VSWR of better than 1.7, it is a hybrid construction combining a monopole with a top-loading patch shorted to the ground-plane. ABSTRACT
A detailed study on the various next generation nature inspired geometry antennas
i.e. fractal antennas is performed. Mainly four types of printed fractal antennas i.e.
Sierpinski Carpet, Quasi Koch Fractal, Mix fractal and Sierpinski Gasket Fractal
