Annotations is a model to display notices at colleges on the Board by sending e-mail messages in SMS form via mobile phone; It is a wireless transmission system, which has very less bugs and maintenance. the Board hardware AT89C52 MCU is in the center of the system Microcontroller communicates with the GSM modem via MAX232 level transmitter.
