My project topic is Optimization Of AODV routing protocol in manet using Ant Colony Optimization.

I want to implement it in MATLAB. but donot get any clue, how can i compare Aodv's throughput or other characteristics of AODV with using ACO and without using ACO.

I am trying to implement AODV code first.. but it did not plot any graph.. can you suggest me how can i compare prevoius problem by plotting graph.
