Motorized Lifting Jack



Introduction

The motorized lifting jack is a modified form of conventional screw jack that helps to lift the load using motor as a source of energy and gear box to control the lift of the jack. In this project we aim for the following:

a) Arrange & modify the conventional cylindrical lifting jack by putting extra ring in the center to grip the v belt assembly.
b) To arrange & modify the 12V big D.C. Motor by adding v belt pulley at the outpu ....etc

Remote controlled screw jack is a modified form of the most commonly used screw jack. It uses the engine as a source of energy to lift the object and the gearbox is used to control the lifting jack. In this project, the usual motorized cylinder jacks is modified by adding additional rings in the Center to capture timing belt assembly.V belt pulley is added to the output shaft of a 12v DC motor the entire structure and Assembly is held in position by a angle iron Assembly. The entire project is managed by supply 5a.
