This paper deals with the Transesterification of non-edible seeds oil (Custard apple, Karanja and Mauha oil) to obtain Fatty Acid Methyl Ester (FAME) or biodiesel by means of methanol in presence of Potassium hydroxide catalyst at 65 C.
