Fresh charge loss during the scavenging process of a two stroke S.I engine is known to be the principal reason for its high specific fuel consumption and high hydrocarbon emission. In order to minimize the fresh charge loss to the exhaust a new scavenging system had been developed. To achieve better performance from this scavenging system, control of air flow through reed valve is necessary, since it will affect the mixture quality of the trapped charge. We determined the prevalence of dementia in 927 patients with acute ischemic stroke aged
years in the Stroke Data Bank cohort based on the examining neurologist's best judgment
