This paper presents a state-of-the-art implementation of lossless image compression algorithm LOCO-R, which is based on the LOCO-I (low complexity lossless compression for images) algorithm developed by weinberger, Seroussi and Sapiro, with modifications and betterment, the algorithm reduces obviously the implementation complexity. There are two Electric Loco Sheds in NCR-
Electric Loco Shed, Kanpur:
The Electric Loco Shed, Kanpur was established in 1965 with the Electrification of Mughalsarai-Kanpur section. The shed has started functioning with a meager holding of 11 imported WAM-1 type locomotives for Passenger services. Present holding of the shed is 204 locomotives (48-WAP4, 153-WAG7 & 3-WAM4).
