Introduction to CWR

The CWR is a rotary forming process, consists
of the forming of forging by means of wedge-shaped tools that are fixed on the mill rolls with the same rotary direction.
In CWR process, there are five stages in the work piece deformation process corresponding to five zones of the wedged tool geometry, i.e., knifing, guiding, stretching, shaping, and sizing.

This project can be used for Advertising or for providing information at various places like schools, colleges, government offices, shops, hospitals, railway stations. The Rolling display is prepared using 5 X 8 Matrix LEDs which means LEDs are arranged in a pattern consisting of 5 columns and 8 rows. A matrix of 5 X 8 LEDs contribute to a single character. Here we have used 6 characters which means 6 matrices. The actual physical diamension of single matrix is 60 mm by 60 mm, so diamension of complete display is 360 mm by 60 mm. A keypad used ....etc

Most CMOS image sensors (to save one transistor per cell compared to a true snapshot shutter) use Electronic Rolling Shutter. Basically it implements two pointers to sensor pixels, both proceeding in the same line-scan order across the sensor,
One is erase pointer, the other one - readout. Erase pointer runs ahead discharging each photosensitive cell, then follows the readout one. Each pixel sees (and accumulates) the light for the same exposure time (from the moment erase pointer passes it till it is read out), but that happens at different ....etc
