ABSTRACT: In these modern days, the humans like to do all the works within a certain time with fast and effectively.
At the same time, the job should be fulfilling the requirement. The drawbacks of earlier system are overcome the
existing system. In the existing system, the radial drilling machine can be used to drill the fixed job with higher
efficiency. But it cannot rotate or tilt the job at particular angle. These drawback are overcomes by proposed system.

Introduction: Fluid power technology actually began in 1950 with the discovery of
Pascal's law: Pressure is transmitted undiminished in a confined body of fluid. Pascal
found that when he rammed a cork down into a jug completely full of wine, the bottom of
the jug broke and fell out. Pascal's law indicated that the pressures were equal at the top
and bottom of the jug. However, the jug has small opening area at the top and a large area

The goal of this project is to create a model of bench vice which is pneumatically operated. Using air pressure to create mechanical motion in the spindle of the vice provides a safe & efficient way to reduce human effort.
The mechanical motion in the spindle is created with the help of a double actuating cylinder which is operated by a 5/2 pilot valve & two 3/2 push buttons with the help of the air hoses. ....etc
