train accident alerts using ir transmitter and receiver

Abstract

This project is developed for the users to have accident alert in modern railways.

It consists of a set of IR transmitter and receiver. The transmitter and receiver are connected parallelly in front of the train. Usually IR rays when fall on any obstacles, reflected back. So if any obstacle is placed in front of the train, the receiver receives the reflected signal.

When the train is moving along the track, if any train (Obstacle) in front of it, the IR rays reflected from the ....etc

TSOP 1738 is a member of the IR remote control receiver series. This module consists of an IR sensor PIN-diode and amp, which are integrated into a single package. Exit the TSOP is active low and this gives +5 off. When infrared waves from a source with the Central frequency kHz, falling to 38, its output becomes low.
