IM DOING THIS AS MY FINAL YEAR PROJECT.
I DIVIDED THIS PROJECT INTO THREE MODULES
1.TO DETECT THE VEHICLES WHICH CROSSES TRAFFIC LIGHTS EVEN IF THE RED SIGNAL IS ON
2.TO DETECT VEHICLES COMING WITH EXCEEDED SPEED LIMIT
3.TO DETECT THE VEHICLES COMING IN THE OPPOSITE DIRECTION IN A ONE WAY ROAD
AND TO CAPTURE THE NUMBER PALATE IMAGES OF SUCH VEHICLES USING WEB CAM WHICH CAN THEN BE TRANSMITTED TO A CENTRALIZED MONITORING SYSTEM WHERE THE CONVICT CAN BE IDENTIFIED AND PUNISHED.
SO I'VE COMPLETED THE FIRST MODULE.I NEED SOME HELP REGARDING ....etc

the error the specified parameter is out of range for the specified command when i am giving 1024 to the variable
