Where can one get Moving Boundary Electrophoresis instrumentation and equipment? The quartz U tube cell with the Schlieren optics. Has there been any known improvement on this system where macromolecular movement is based solely on m/e with minimal frictional, viscosity and other matrix effects.

Boundary Tracing Algorithm usning Abstract Cell Complexes

In this project we introduced the concept of Abstract Cell Complexes (ACC)on non-Euclidean spaces and some of its properties. Further we studied the concept of connectivity using notion of ACC. Also we established the result that every finite topological space with the separation property is isomorphic to an abstract cell complex. Finally we develop an algorithm for tracing the boundaries of the images.

Present work is a numerical study of the effect of welding speed on welding induced residual stress in TIG welding. The moving heat source was modelled as a Uniformly Distributed Circular Heat Flow in ANSYS Workbench 15.0 to get the longitudinal and transverse residual stresses which were validated with the experimental data from literature. A study was conducted with the help of the model to assess the influence of change in welding torch speed on residual stresses.
