Hello,

I am Leela Ram Praneeth looking for project design in just 15 days time as it is very necessary to submit it as my final year project.

My project details:

Development of model for a voltage/memory storage device utilising a floating gate MOS device.

Aim

Development of model for a voltage/memory storage device utilising a floating gate MOS device. Application area is in the hardware implantation of ANNs. (in QUCS software if possible)

Hope to have a gud reply with all the information soon. ....etc

Abstract

Ovonic unified memory (OUM) is an advanced memory technology that uses a chalcogenide alloy (GeSbTe).The alloy has two states: a high resistance amorphous state and a low resistance polycrystalline state. These states are used for the representation of reset and set states respectively. The performance and attributes of the memory make it an attractive alternative to flash memory and potentially competitive with the existing non volatile memory technology.

Review of memory basics

Every computer system c ....etc

Abstract

This paper focuses on the field of nano memory storage systems. It in particular discusses about a research project named Millipede under development at IBM labs.
In this, nanometer-sharp tips are used to scan the storage surface and to write and read data. In this, storage densities of up to 500 Gbit/in2 can be achieved by thermo mechanical writing and reading using probe tips. This concept combines ultrahigh density, gigabit capacity a ....etc
