The gasoline fueled single cylinder generator engines are well established and available in the market with reasonable price, in the other hand the biogas fueled engine for electric generator is not well established yet. The purpose of this research is to find simple conversion method from gasoline to biogas fueled of the single cylinder four stroke engines. We determined the prevalence of dementia in 927 patients with acute ischemic stroke aged
years in the Stroke Data Bank cohort based on the examining neurologist's best judgment

Cars have two things going for them that motos do not have:

1) inherent stability (they don't tip over)
2) More traction and lateral stability - the tire contact patches are wider and there's 4 of them.
