The rise in the number of vehicles has led to a rapid increasing need for vehicle communication today, so the
emerging Vehicular Ad Hoc Network (VANET) is becoming more and more important. Routing in VANET is a key issue which decides network performance. Ad Hoc On-Demand Distance Vector (AODV) is one of the widely used reactive routing algorithms that suffer from high delay. Introduction

This assignment aims at making the students familiar with the reactive (on-demand) routing protocols used in ad hoc networks and compare the performance of DSR and AODV protocols.

Performance Metrics used

i am trying to play around with the AODV protocol in ns2.
there,inside ns2/aodv directory,i find files such as aodv.cc,aodv.h,aodv_logs.cc etc.. please expalin me in detail what are these files and how they work together.
