Hello,
I want to make a minor project in college so i want to know how to make a voice based web browser in JAVA or in Dot Net. I want a detail about its coding and its tools. I want to make a browser which take input as a voice and produce an output as a voice , so that any disable person can also excess the browser. In this browser when we give an page link , it open that page link and read that page link line by line where the cursor move on the page , so that any blind person can easily use this browser. ....etc
