ABSTRACT:

To combat the performance deterioration brought by the time-varying propagation conditions and multiuser / intersymbol interference in the CDMA system, this paper proposes a novel means of adaptive equalizer based on QR Decomposition-based Recursive LeastSquare (QRD-RLS) algorithm to replace the conventional RAKE ....etc

A Swarm-Intelligence-Based Protocol for Data Acquisition in Networks with Mobile Sinks- IEE TRANSACTIONS ON MOBILE COMPUTING, VOL. 7, NO. 8,
-Glomosim

Abstract

This paper addresses the problem of data acquisition in ad hoc and sensor networks with mobile sinks and proposes a protocol based on swarm intelligence, SIMPLE, to route data in such environments. The proposed protocol is based on a swarm agent that integrates the residual energy of nodes into the route selection mechanism and maximizes the network s lifetime by evenly ....etc

verilog code to compute sin and cos functions using cordic algorithm

Introduction
On this page we will present the design of a sine and cosine computer.

Specification
We will assume that the input angle is represented in radians, and that it is in the range between - /2 and /2. Other angles can be handled by adding a factor first (modulo 2 ) and changing the sign of the sine and cosine result.

The floating point numbers are represented as integers. Technically, this means rounding them to a fixed number of bits, and then multiplying them ....etc

CORDIC ALGORITHM
Radar works by bouncing electromagnetic energy off a target, recording the echo and making some useful observation from the data. A fundamental problem in radar is that the vast majority of the reflected energy does not make it back to the receiver. Much of the processing in a radar system is to improve the signal to noise ratio of the received signal and maximizing range accuracy to determine the position of the target with less error. Various techniques are available to the radar engineer for the design of high range solut ....etc
