ABSTRACT
The basic principles and structure of HDB3 was briefly introduced in this paper, and the shortcomings of the existing HDB3 encoder and decoder was analyzed. Then a new design of HDB3 encoder and decoder based on FPGA was proposed, and the hardware design circuit and software simulation were introduced. The simulation was achieved through the VERILOG-HDL in EP2C35F672C8 chip of CycloneII series in the development environment of Quartus II 7.2. The results sho ....etc

The VxWorks is the high performance real time operating system. Most widely used RTOS is the VxWorks. The operating system, which performs the proceeding in the real time instead of latter time with storing it in some memory. Development environment for this OS is Tornado, Wind River Systems Inc, US. So this is the latest idea that I've gotten all obsessive-compulsive over: using Arduino, FreeRTOS, and C++ to teach real-time software design and embedded software development. I like the combination as a platform to teach both introductory students (using the Arduino Uno, SW and IDE), and to advanced students (using Arduino Mega or clone, FreeRTOS, C++, Eclipse, make, etc.). I really like the progression of starting out on the Uno with Arduino 1.0 and progressing to a multitasking RTOS, interrupt driven device drivers, etc. I like FreeRTOS be ....etc
