A group of sensor nodes work
collaboratively to perform a common application. In
many WSN applications, the sensor nodes are
battery driven and they are often very difficult to
recharge or change the batteries. Prolonging
network lifetimes a critical issue. Sensors often have
long period between transmissions. This mechanism
allows to identify replicas that are formed in the
mobile sensor network. These replicas are formed
due to the node replication attack in which an
adversary compromises one node, fabricate many
replicas having th ....etc

Distributed Medium Access control for Next Generation CDMA Wireless Networks

Generic Distributed Network Model

we focus on a generic network model where a number of wireless mobile nodes are organized in a flat fashion, communicating with each other via one-hop or multiple-hop connections without any central control. Connections to outside correspondence nodes are supported through a gateway (e.g., in the wireless backbone) or an access point (e.g.,in ad hoc networks or WPAN).
In the past decade, code-divi ....etc

SECURE WIRELESS SENSOR NETWORKS - ROBUST OF WSN ATTACKS AND SECURE LOCALIZATION SCHEME
ABSTRACT
The application of wireless sensor networks (WSN), sensors are deployed un-tethered in hostile environments. For location aware WSN applications, it is essential to ensure that sensors can determine their location, even in the presence of malicious adversaries. Our paper mainly projects the problem of enabling sensors of WSN to determine their location in an un-trusted environment. The localization schemes based ....etc

Abstract There are two main approaches, static and dynamic, to broadcast algorithms in wireless ad hoc networks. In the static approach, local algorithms determine the status (forwarding/nonforwarding) of each node proactively based on local topology information and a globally known priority function. In this paper, we first show that local broadcast algorithms based on the static approach cannot achieve a good approximation factor to the optimum solution (an NP-hard problem). However, we show that a constant approximation factor is achievable ....etc

Abstract
Most device drivers have one ulterior motive and one target to achieve - deliver the maximum using the minimum. No matter how stable or feature rich a device driver might be, if it cannot perform in terms of high throughput and low CPU utilization, it is as good as any other run of the mill driver. The objective of this topic is to use the thinking out of the box concept and expose techniques, which go beyond just good programming principles to get that extra edge which can put your next driver into the elite group of high perform ....etc

Delay Analysis for Maximal Scheduling With Flow Control in Wireless Networks With Bursty Traffic

We consider the delay properties of one-hop networks with general interference constraints and multiple traffic streams with time-correlated arrivals. We first treat the case when arrivals are modulated by independent finite state Markov chains. We show that the well known maximal scheduling algorithm achieves average delay that grows at most logarithmically in the largest number of interferers at any link. Furth ....etc
