In aerospike engine instead of firing the exhaust out of a small hole in the middle of a bell, it is fired along the outside edge of a wedge-shaped protrusion, the spike. MPFI ( multi point fuel injection system ) Vs CRDI(Common rail direct injection system)

(Actually an open office format. Use open office to open it)
MPFI : mean multi point fuel injection system ie. in petrol engine for gaining more uniform Air Fuel blending fuel is injected at various point in the path of air. this tech is used in light weight car running on petrol. there is also milage improvement due to this.
