The prime requirements for an effective submitter are to have prolonged submerged endurance and to have a low indiscretion rate during transit to patrol areas i.e. the main objectives of submarine designers can be destined as
i) Prolonged submerged endurance

ii) Sufficient submerged sprint capability.
