It seems to be mostly a con job. It says it's a download but never what it really is. There's a vague reference to new ideas and projects but nothing is explained. It has the look of a game with lots of ads. This is true for at least 6 different accesses that I tried.

On-line signature verication for Tablet PC devices is studied.
