Abstract
Now-a-days many accidents occur due to intense traffic. It is very difficult for blind people for path finding without others help. This project helps us to facilitate the blind people in path clearing assistance and obstacle detection.

In implementation of assistance equipment for the blind we will be using 2 modules. One is pathclearing assist stick and the other is safety cap. Path clearing assist stick is used ....etc

ABSTRACT

Brake assist senses emergency braking by detecting the speed at which the driver presses the brake pedal and immediately applying all available power boosts. Brake Assist can potentially reduce overall stopping distance by eliminating the delay caused by a common human tendency of not braking hard enough or soon enough. LIMITATIONS MAY BE DUE TO THE CHARECTERISTICS OF INFRARED SUCH THAT MANY OBJECTS CAN BE BARELY DETECTED DUE TO THE NARROW DIRECTIVITY.

ALSO THE DETECTION OF THE NEAREST OBJECT IS MUCH EFFECTIVE THAN THE DISTANT OBJECT.

SOLUTION PROPOSED

USAGE OF ULTRASONIC WAVES FOR THE DETECTION OF OBJECTS OVERCOMES THE LIMITATIONS OF INFRARED.
