Want to assemble a simple material hoist for 800 Kg load and height of 40 feets.
Whether 5 inch reduction gear box with ratio of 1:25 coupled to 5 HP 1440 rpm motor with gear coupling is a safe design.
Wire rope selected is 12 mm in 6x19 configuration.
drum dia is 10 inches.
