MeeGo
MeeGo is a Linux-based open source mobile operating system project which was announced at Mobile World Congress in February 2010 by Intel and Nokia. Intel and Nokia are working on separate OSes called moblin and Maemo respectively. Through MeeGo they paln to merge them. This paper describes Grasshopper, an operating system designed to provide generic mechanisms capable of being tailored to support a wide range of persistence paradigms.
