Motivational Interviewing

Motivational interviewing refers to a counseling approach developed by clinical psychologists Professor William R Miller, Ph.D. and Professor Stephen Rollnick Ph.D.

It recognizes and accepts the fact clients who need to make changes in their lives approach counseling at different levels of readiness to change their behavior. If the counseling is mandated, they may never have thought of changing the behavior in question.

In this age distraction, most of the people are distracted by many things like criticism, relationship conflicts and more. It keeps their mental energy level really low and they are unable to achieve their goal. The main reason for same is that they are not motivated towards their goal. As the above quote explains that We should take motivation daily like we take bath daily .

Most of the people underestimate the power of motivation. But they don t know, It can do wonders, of they strictly follow it.
