Nano-Optical Superlenses with Negative-Index Sandip Tiwari, Cornell U Metamaterials
We have demonstrated experimentally the imaging at 1.55 m wavelength by a generalized photonic crystal superlens (Fig. 1) nanofabricated in InGaAsP/InP heterostructure. By designing a suitable lens surface termination, an image spot size of 0.12 2 was achieved, demonstrating superlens imaging with sub-wavelength resolution well below the diffraction limit (0.5 2).

the WiFi-based localization system has been intensely studied
and demonstrated, we will only focus on the optical wireless
transmission. The wavelength of the transmitted optical signal
is generated in a CO with a DFB laser at 1550.12 nm and it is
modulated using 12.5 Gb/s PRBS data in on-off-keying

Abstract:

In this paper, analysis of CDMA network with Optical Amplifiers has been done. As the optical amplifier provides gain as well as has nonlinear characterstics, gain is expected due to signal amplification as well as operation of SOAs as limiter due to gain saturation. In this paper results have been computed for with different SOA placements in a typical star topology employing CDMA.
