ABSTRACT:
In this paper, we aim to present a general introduction to steganography or data-hiding as it is sometimes just known. We then turn to data-hiding in images. When examining these data-hiding techniques, we bear in mind Bender's specifications, such as degradation of the cover data must be kept to a minimum, and the hidden data must be made as immune as possible to possible attack from manipulation of the cover data.

hi i m vanita.
i want to create a tool in MATLAB 6.5 for stegnography.
i m new to this topic as wel as sofware that i m using.
i have started reading about it and i hve decided to implement LSB tecnique in RGB of an image in order to hde either text or image selected by user and produce a stego iimage.
and then successfully seperate text and image.
if any one can help me with matlab code snippets or procedure to implement i would be obliged. ....etc
