An emergency brake lock assembly that locks an emergency brake actuator in an engaged position to prevent the vehicle from moving while a lift assembly contained on the vehicle is being operated. The emergency brake lock assembly includes an emergency brake switch that is positioned to detect movement of the emergency brake actuator between an engaged position and a disengaged position.
