A guidance system for helping the blind find the way is described. Means to generate modulated signals of different frequencies is there and also a means to amplify and transmit these signals through conductors along the path of the journey. A cane recieves the signals through oscillating means responsive to each signal. In order to prevent thrombogenesis in the artifical heart, a prototype ultrasound thrombolysis system is developed.
Thrombus formation in artificial hearts remains a key risk factor in the death of patients. So, the system is assumed to work continously, dissolving micro thrombi before they can grow.
