Hi, My name is Gugulethu Mabuza a student in South Africa, I need help with understanding how to use contourlet transform to normalize an iris image.
I have installed the toolbox but it is failing to run the demos, therefore I do not really know how it works. I am still downloading the compilers needed to make this toolbox functional. I was however wondering if I can get a matlab code for contourlet transform to try in the mean time.

Abstract

Background

Despite significant progress in imaging technologies, the efficient detection of edges and elongated features in images of intracellular and multicellular structures acquired using light or electron microscopy is a challenging and time consuming task in many laboratories.
