It is showing from my account statement that the below cheque ( 413519 and 413522 ) have debited from my account on 19/02/2014. However 121 customer care had confirmed me that only cheque 413522 of amount Rs 2590 has credited to Airtel and due this they have disconnected my connection. I have contacted airtel agent(Mr Tanoy) and the concern person Mr(Rajiv) for validating this. They had confirmed me that they have sorted out this issue and requested to resume the connection.
