.m doin my final yr project on multidrug resistance in mycobacterium tuberculosis.It includes producing mutation on certain sites in d bacterium ,energy minimization of d resultant pdb and den tryin to dock d mutants wid isoniazide and oder native drugs usin autodock.Autodock is not executing in my computer.So i cannot proceed. project report needed

i used katg(1sj2) ,flouroquinolones and kasA for mutation ....etc
