.m doin my final yr project on multidrug resistance in mycobacterium tuberculosis.It includes producing mutation on certain sites in d bacterium ,energy minimization of d resultant pdb and den tryin to dock d mutants wid isoniazide and oder native drugs usin autodock.Autodock is not executing in my computer.So i cannot proceed. project report needed

i used katg(1sj2) ,flouroquinolones and kasA for mutation ....etc

Overview

Tuberculosis (TB) is an infectious disease caused by bacteria whose scientific name is Mycobacterium tuberculosis. TB most commonly affects the lungs but also can involve most any organ of the body.

Many years ago, this disease used to be called Consumption because without effective treatment, these patients often would waste away. Today, of course, tuberculosis usually can be treated successfully with antibiotics.
