Abstract
Now-a-days many accidents occur due to intense traffic. It is very difficult for blind people for path finding without others help. This project helps us to facilitate the blind people in path clearing assistance and obstacle detection.

Obstacles Avoidance Method for an Autonomous Mobile Robot using
Two IR Sensors

Abstract:
The paper presents a local navigation
method for mobile robot, based on sensorial information
given by two IR sensors. These types of sensors are
simple and relatively low-cost sensing modalities to
perform navigation tasks in environments with obstacles.
On the other hand, IR sensors may be preferable due to
their faster response time and can be integrated in
structure with microcontroller.

Hi,
I'm doing a private project with an Atmega 16 related to Heating Control. One part is the speed control of a fan. I intend to use a MOC3043 together with a Triac. My problem is: how I have to control the MOC3043 input? With PWM/CTC? I assume that the control signal sent to the MOC have to be synchronized with the 230V AC voltage, to be able to trigger the Triac correctly, but how?

Hints how to solve are highly appreciated.
