It seems like the other day, when we were all talking about the farewell as they move on .

Anchor script?

I do not think its really a better anchor script someone would have. However, I think these would be the elements that a good anchor script would have:

Introduce yourself with humor. Perhaps through an incident in which he interacted with his elderly people, tell him how ragged he was.
Keep the mood going, fill with jokes about farewell and leave.
Module your voice. This is not really a part of the script, but bring your voice to a higher pitch by announcing something exciting.
Avoid using large words. Keep it si ....etc

In my school, we celebrated farewell recently,when my two sisters were the anchors. Here are some nice beginning lines,which i think are good:

1.We all came here as strangers,sayingpata nahi yaar kese dost milengey,kesi teachers hongey..kese sab baat karenggey..? And now we all are so perfectly glued to each other that even Fevicol would feel jealous.

2. Life is not just a journey from beginning to the end(destination)..sometimes it is the horrifying journey from class to principal's office ..!
