OBJECTIVE:
In order to prevent thrombogenesis in the artifical heart, a prototype ultrasound thrombolysis system is developed.
Thrombus formation in artificial hearts remains a key risk factor in the death of patients. So, the system is assumed to work continously, dissolving micro thrombi before they can grow.
The purpose of this study is to develop the system that can be mounted in the artificial heart.

Ultrasound Usage in Mobility Aid Systems



The mobility aid system works on the simple principle of reflection of sound waves from the obstacle or an object. Abstract

In foam extrusion, material density is the most significant factor affecting the product cost and therefore the profitability of the manufacturing process. A reduction in the density of extruded parts reduces the raw material cost and therefore increases its profitability. A guidance system for helping the blind find the way is described. Means to generate modulated signals of different frequencies is there and also a means to amplify and transmit these signals through conductors along the path of the journey. A cane recieves the signals through oscillating means responsive to each signal.
