I am designing an AM receiver with these components, active antenna,RF amplifier, BP filter ADC,Microprocessor(8051), DAC, audio amplifier and a speaker. the DSP part is really challenging me.I am aiming at using FIR filter, a program to processed by 8051 being interfaced by adc and dac! The are many cool sensors available now a days, ranging from IR distance sensor modules, accelerometers, humidity sensors, temperature sensors and many many more(gas sensors, alcohol sensor, motion sensors, touch screens).
